1. SERVICES OVERVIEW
CK Sections provides a library of Shopify-native theme sections designed to enhance Shopify stores without the need for external page builders. We offer both free and premium (one-time purchase) sections, as well as custom Shopify app development and theme optimization services.
2. USE OF SECTIONS & LICENSING

One-Time Purchase: Unless otherwise stated, premium sections are sold as one-time purchases with no recurring subscription fees.

License Grant: Upon purchase, CK Sections grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the section on a single Shopify store.

Restrictions: You may not:

Redistribute, resell, lease, or sublicense the code/sections to third parties.

Include our sections in themes or templates sold on third-party marketplaces without prior written consent.

Claim the original code as your own.

3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
To use our Services, you must:

Have a valid Shopify account.

Provide accurate information when purchasing or requesting custom work.

Ensure that your use of our sections complies with Shopify’s own Terms of Service.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and the underlying code of the Shopify sections, is the property of CK Sections or its parent company, CodeKanon, and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
5. PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

Payments: All payments are processed securely through our chosen payment gateways.

Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our products (downloadable code), all sales are generally final. However, if a section is found to be technically defective and we are unable to resolve the issue, a refund may be issued at our discretion. Please refer to our separate Refund Policy for more details.

6. CUSTOM APP DEVELOPMENT

Scope of work and delivery timelines will be agreed upon via a separate proposal or quote.

CK Sections (CodeKanon) retains the right to use non-proprietary code snippets or logic developed during the project for other clients, unless otherwise agreed in a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
CK Sections is provided "as is" and "as available." While we build our sections for speed, SEO, and responsiveness, we cannot guarantee that our code will be compatible with all third-party Shopify apps or highly modified themes.

We are not liable for any loss of data, profit, or store downtime resulting from the installation of our sections.

We recommend backing up your Shopify theme before installing any new code or section.

8. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Our Site may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., Shopify, social media, or partner services). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these external sites.
9. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company operates (Bangladesh), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
